Sunday’s reports claim that Nigeria international Ademola Lookman has formally submitted a transfer request, as he attempts to force through a move to join Cristian Chivu’s Inter.
According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, Lookman has now formally requested to leave Atalanta, who have recently rejected a bid of €45m including add-ons for the reigning African Player of the Year.
Romano adds that the player’s desire is to join Inter this summer. The frustrated 27-year-old has recently removed all traces of his association with Atalanta from his social media profiles.
Lookman attempting to force move away from Atalanta

Atalanta remain adamant that it will take a fee of €50m to sign the Nigeria international this summer. Inter’s most recent offer reportedly stood at €42m plus €3m in bonuses, which has not been accepted.
It remains to be seen whether the Nerazzurri will come back in with an improved offer for the former Leicester, Fulham and Everton forward.
Recent reports claim that Inter have already opened talks with Chelsea for Christopher Nkunku, who is seen as the first-choice alternative to Lookman this summer.

And then history repeats herself, what happened with Osimen last year is there, ready to happen again. Atalanta can, in the same way Napoli did with Osimen, attack the player, say he is forcing an exit and all this.. we all know that star players after a couple of years want a good paycheck raise or they can move to another team really.
