As expected, free agent Adrian Ismajli will finalise his three-year contract with Torino, without waiting to see if Saul Coco decides on a move to Qatar.
The former Empoli defender had accepted the destination back on June 26, but only over the last 24 hours has the club agreed to go forward and conclude the move.
There had been delays waiting on the decision of Torino defender Saul Coco on a proposal from Al-Duhail, but Toro did not want to risk losing Ismajli in the process.
Ismajli now ready for Torino
It means Ismajli can now put pen to paper on a three-year contract with Torino, while Coco is given all the time he needs to make a choice for his future.
The 28-year-old Albania international has been in Italy since leaving Hajduk Split for Spezia in 2020, moving to Empoli for €2m in the summer of 2021.
He has amassed 117 Serie A appearances, with one goal and two assists.
