It kicks off at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT, 15.00 local time).
You can watch all the games from the 2025 Club World Cup with DAZN, which is offering a free service this summer.
Both teams have already qualified for the Round of 16 after winning the opening two games against Wydad AC and Al-Ain, but Juve scored one more goal, so will win the group with a draw.

That is a fabulous pass from Kenan Yildiz, which cuts the defence in two to release Vlahovic, he still has plenty to do and does it well, controlling to sweep past the on-rushing Ederson with his weaker right foot.
Rayan Cherki rolls a ball across the face of goal from the right, but nobody is ready for the tap-in.

Vlahovic rolls across from the edge of the area for Kenan Yildiz, who scuffs the finish, then complains to Vlahovic that the pass was in the wrong place.

Di Gregorio makes a great save with his foot from close range on Haaland from a chaotic corner, then it falls to Savinho outside the area, who hits a screamer first-time with his weaker right foot, in off the underside of the bar!

Ederson long ball, magnificent Haaland first touch, the through ball was meant to be for Foden, it went past him, but ended up reaching Savinho at the back post, who decided to be generous and lay it back off for Foden to tap in from five yards.

Haaland is clear on goal again, but this time Savona holds his ground and makes a great sliding tackle.
When a striker is so good, he scores by mistake.
Matheus Nunes runs onto the Reijnders through ball, rolls across the face of goal, Haaland basically falls onto the ball and still manages to bundle it over off the inside of his ankle from a couple of yards.
Koopmeiners defending on the through ball was diabolical.
Doku cuts inside and blasts one from the edge of the area, but it swings well wide. Juve defenders have got nowhere near him all night.
