Luka Jovic capitalised on a perfect cross from Alex Jimenez to give Milan the lead in their Coppa Italia Derby della Madonnina clash against Inter.

The Serbian striker found the net in his first appearance in the competition, putting the Rossoneri ahead on aggregate after the 1-1 draw in the first leg.

As a hard-fought and evenly balanced first half drew to a close, Sergio Conceiçao’s side shifted the ball swiftly from right to left, with Jimenez delivering a pinpoint cross that Jovic headed in for his third goal of the season.
Inter’s treble hopes will be dashed if Milan manage to hold on to their lead.
