Milan’s asking price for midfielder Yunus Musah has discouraged the likes of Wolves and Nottingham Forest, who were linked to the USA international, from pursuing a deal, reports from Italy claim.
According to what has been reported by CalcioMercato, the Rossoneri want a total package of €30 million for the former Arsenal and Valencia player. This has been considered too expensive by the various clubs pursuing the 22-year-old and therefore his future hangs in the balance.

No Premier League for Milan midfielder Musah
Reports last month suggested that Forest and Wolves were both keen on Musah, whilst West Ham were also mentioned. However, the latest reports indicate that this interest was never concrete and at this moment in time, that is unlikely to change.

In early June, Napoli were thought to be closing in on a deal for Musah, after head Antonio Conte expressed his desire to sign the player. However, there was a disagreement over the bonus payments requested by the Rossoneri, who wanted an addition €3-4 million on top of the €25 million price tag.

Musah is a talent. He struggled to adapt to Serie A’s technicalities, but he’s worth another season. Milan should show a bit of faith in him.
