Italian winger Federico Bernardeschi scored a stunner, ‘dancing through the Inter Miami defence’ last night, but saw Lionel Messi level the score a few minutes later.

Former Juventus and Fiorentina star Bernardeschi scored his second goal this season in Toronto FC’s 1-1 away draw at Inter Miami on Sunday.

The 31-year-old opened the account in the stoppages, dribbling past several opponents before finding the net with the outside of his foot.

Bernardeschi has two goals and two assists in seven MLS matches this season.

A Euro 2020 winner with the Italy national team, Bernardeschi has six goals in 39 international appearances.
